Hi all

I am unable to see Sign Out or Logout button in my CRM.

Hi Abdul,

You need to click on the user name to show the Sign Out / Logout button in CRM. When you press the 'user name' at the right top of the screen, a dropdown menu with 'Sign Out' will be shown.

Hi Abdul,

Is your CRM online (which version?) or on-premise?

if its on-premise, you will have to have CBA and IFD enabled first to see a sign out button.

if its online and you are still not able to see 'sign out', do let us know.
