below is list of deployable packages in asset library

and below is list of DP when i try to apply on my Cloud hosted build on same project where the asset was uploaded.

Hi Mohammad,

In case you deployed a build topology, you can't apply custom models, only Microsoft updates. This is because it is assumed the build environment will get the custom models from the build process.

When you deploy a development/test environment, you would be able to see and apply all deployable packages.
