Connector not running

Hello,

I am trying to get the connector out of the box working but somehow I can't seem to get it to run at all. I follow every steps as outline in the adapter document but still not able to get it working. We have CRM 2011 and GP 2010, all brand new install. The web services are working fine. When I run the picklist sync, I got the following errors when running the Customer to Account

ERROR: Unable to retrieve Reference Key PaymentTermsKey using the Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Adapter.  Exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

and


ERROR: Unable to retrieve Reference Key ShippingMethodKey using the Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Adapter.  Exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

beside that, I got all success message for all the others. Also under the Map where we schedule the data to sync every 45 seconds, it's show as running but the last modify date never change at all. Finally I log into our CRM and there is the Submit button on the Account screen.

If anyone could provide some suggestions or directions on where/what to look for, please let me know and I have been trying this over and over and nothing change.

    For the PicklistSync error - please verify that the user you are supply to conenctor to GP web service is in the proper roles in the Dynamics Security Console.  These roles are listed in the user guide.  For the issue of the last run time not updating - this will only update when a runncompletes successfully and most like this run isn't completing due to picklist sync issues.

    Hi Suresh,

    Yes Customer to Account mapping is activated and the status show as running but the last update date never get updated.

    Any other suggestion?

    Hi Howard,

    Is the Customer to Account mapping activated. Please go through the docs again, you may miss something in the doc. I tried in my system, its working fine.
