Form capture checkbox also captures the false input fields

Hi all

A customer uses drupal 7 and an custom subsription form with checkbox for newsletter subsription

When we use marketing form capture we do get the true value but also the false values of all other checkboxes.

I think it is the problem for the name field wich gets the value

Error message Code Exception: An item with the same key has already been added.

I I think it is the problem for the name field wich gets the value and can be found in the checkbox code of Drupal 7:
