Custom channel "Send to" option

Hi,
 
I've created a Custom channel using the guide from here:
 
I would like to know how I can change the parameters in the /Send to/ field when generating the message. Currently it shows only Mobile Number. What if I would like it to be /Email/ or Skype nickname, Facebook account or any other? How can these be defined and joined back here?
