
Just recently, when using the Dynamics app for Outlook, when they click on the "View in Dynamics" selection after tracking the email, it has stopped opening in the user's default browser. Instead, it opens some weird window with a locked url bar that is very user unfriendly. Any idea how to get it to switch back to just opening in Chrome?
Thanks for your question. I would suggest opening a support ticket for this. We have seen this ask. There is fcb setting FCB.MailAppEnableOpenBrowserWindowFromOfficeApi that can be set in the backend so that it leverages the default browser that Outlook utilizes.
