We recently noticed that when we change an employees class ID in the Employee maintenance window, the system is no longer asking for a reason code and date.  The system use to do this,  The reason code would then be recored in the position history screen.  Is there a way to re-enable this function.  We actively used this feature

    Hi Hugh,

    Thanks for your post.

Does this issue happen on all workstations or is it specific to just one workstation?  If it is specific to one workstation, does that workstation have HR installed on it because the reason prompt is part of the HR module and not part of Payroll.  If if happens on all workstations, do you still use HR and not  just Payroll?

    Thank you,

    Brian Wick
