The option to allow Email Messages to be sent with an unresolved recipient is set to no.
An email that was created 10 months ago and was told to send has tried 26000 times. on the 19/12/2023 it successfully sent. Even though it has an unresolved recipient and the settings above has not been changed.
How could this happen?
We are using Server Side Sync.
The reason why this email was stuck for so long is because the adviser did not pay attention to the emails pending warning.
If the outgoing email of the sender mailbox you use to send emails is not configured successfully, the sent emails will be in the "Pending" status.
