how to not feed the financial dimensions of the offset account?

Hello,

I add new paramter (combo box) in General Ledger > Setup > Journals > Journal names

if this combo box = noYes::No => I want to not feed the financial dimensions of the offset account for this journal :

Vendor payment journal :

I want to don't have value in this form :

have you any idea about this task

Hi Basma,

So you want all the financial dimension control to be non editable based on the parameter?

Is that you are trying to achieve?

If yes you can refer to the below blog.

One more option will be getting the tab page control of financial dimension and try setting allow edit property and check whether its working.

the values of financial dimensions of the offset account must be empty,

so these dimensions are not taken during accounting validation

Why are you wanting to have these values to show up as blank on the form?
