bonus period and increase period 2 in Forecaster 7.0

I ran a test upgrade from Forecaster 6.7 to 7.0 and found a couple of issues.

1. Any employee that had a pay increase on increase period 2 is not showing the correct salary on the input sheet. They are also highlighted red with a ? on their row on the Human Resources tab.

2. The Bonus periods did not upgrade from 6.7.

Has anyone had any experience with these issues and know how to fix them?

The error in the lower left corner is Invalid Increase Period 2. Here is the scenario. It will be an hourly employee who started in the second half of the year. They don't get an increase in January; their increase will be in July. So in Forecaster 6.7, we show their pay increase in increase period 2. Forecaster 7.0 doesn't seem to like this.

    Hi Jeanenne,

If you click on the employee that is highlighted red, are there any messages in the lower left corner?  Or if you try to save, do you get any error messages?

You may also want to check the upgrade log for any errors.  You can find the upgrade log on the machine where you ran the Upgrade Wizard by browsing to

C:\Documents and Settings\[name of user who ran upgrade]\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forecaster\7.0\ and locating the file named Microsoft.Forecaster.Database.Wizard.log.

I would also make sure that you applied SP2 or higher to Forecaster 7.0 before you ran the upgrade wizard.
