we have a customer who was using navison 2013 and is now upgrading to business central 19 on-prem.
The customer is using interaction templates with attached word files.
When creating an interaction from contacts the word file is edited by the user. Now the customer wants to edit the file and then uploads the edited file back to bc so that the edited file is attached to the interaction log entry which is created when generating an interaction on the contact.
Is there any possibility to automate this process from within word, e.g. an plugin such as the excel plugin and publishing the information back to bc from within word? Or do you have any other idea to solve this issue?
