Transfering sales orders with KITS

Hi everyone,

When I do a bulk transfer of sales orders into fulfilment documents; some orders containing KITS get tranferred into one fulfilment document fine, others get transfered to fulfilment document fine as well but the orders "Document status" shows "In Process" and it requires another individual transfer. I think it is to do with the kits components but i cannot see a pattern.

Has anyone experienced similar? Is there any way to set it up so it alwyas creates one fulfilment document?
