Dear all,

I have used custom business events for one of the requirements.

I used power automate.

Kindly let me know how will I deploy the complete process in UAT.

Is I need manual configuration post deployment?

Kindly advise please.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Business Events are X++ classes on the backend.
Do you know how to move X++ code from one system to another ?

Hi Sohaib, it's through Deployment package.

    Exactly.
If you move the code from one system to another, the custom business events would move as well.

Hi Sohaib, I have no doubt with the code to move.

I am talking about the Power automate configuration and Business event catalog configuration.

These parts I need to do manually post Deployment in UAT?

    Kindly advise pls.

    Thanks in advance.

That's right. endpoints configuration in the F&O is data. Data would not move along the code deployment. You can configure the endpoints on the server yourself. You also have option to use a few data entities.

Same on the Power platform end, the configuration would not move itself from one environment to another.
