Integration Manager -Inventory Module

Hello helpful people,

This is regarding building an integration for creating new Items in inventory module.

The items need to be assigned to various locations.

When doing it manually on Gp I go to Item quantities maintenance window and select the item number and select Site ID under sites: option and then assign each site manually which takes a lot of time. Is there a way to assign these multiple sites to an item through integration manager?

    Hi Rahul,

    Have you tried the Qts/Sites destination using the Inventory Item destination in the standard adapter? If you are updating existing items, please be sure to set your Destination Edit Mode to 'Update Only' or 'Insert and Update'.

    Rahul,

    Goto-->Cards-->Inventory-->Site select your Site Click on "Assigin"  you can assign sites to specific range of Item, Description, class id or Vendor Id.

    Hope it will help you to resolve issue.

    You can do it through an integration as Leslie said, but make sure you click the options tab for that subfolder in the destination mapping, and change the rule to Use Source Recordset and select the proper source. If it's set to default, IM will ignore whatever changes you make on the Fields tab.
