GRG,
I will start by assuming you've got data in those periods (posted or provisional) and your report settings are configured to return this data. I always go to the GL Trial Balance for the exact period as a first step in this process. If you have data in your GL and it isn't returning as expected to MR, use an alternative (i.e. running the report for the specific period) to determine if there is a problem with the data mart, and rebuild if necessary. If you've been down this road already...
Column definitions like the one you describe are a cornerstone of working with Management Reporter. If it isn't working correctly, there are several possible problems. The first is likely a competing filter like a Start and End Date, which is causing an otherwise valid period choice to be ignored. Secondly, I would take a close look at your column width, because there are reported instances where no data is returned in some cases (I think CU9).
Finally, you might want to create a separate/new column layout, perhaps the current version has been corrupted.
Best of Luck.
Definitely have data and can print individual periods beyond period -6 from the Base without issue. And, an LTM statement showing individual months in columns works fine.
Don’t have a Start/End date filter
Enlarged the column width to no avail
Actually discovered that checking Settings > Other > Include Amounts in Future Periods corrected.
Thanks
