Hello,
I would like to export incidents (cases) entered in the CRM to Word.
I created a template that allows me to retrieve most of the information, but I can't export the notes that are in the timeline section.
Can you tell me how to add each of the notes and if it's also possible to integrate the attachments into the export

    You can’t directly export timeline notes and attachments with Word templates because:
    • Word templates pull only data stored on the main entity (case) and related 1:N or N:1 entities that are accessible via related records in the template.
    • Notes (annotations) and attachments are special related entities not supported in Word templates.
    Options to include notes and attachments:
    1. Use a custom report (SSRS or Power BI):
      • Build a report that fetches Cases, related Notes, and attachments.
      • Export to Word or PDF with full detail.
    2. Use Power Automate (Flow):
      • Retrieve case notes and attachments via API.
      • Generate a Word or PDF document dynamically including notes content.
      • Save or email the document.
    3. Custom code/plugin:
      • Develop a plugin or Azure Function to assemble case data, notes, and attachments.
      • Create a custom document (e.g., using OpenXML SDK).
