Does anyone know about CRM Utilization Report Format?

This is for On-Premise. Im looking for Online..
The first step is to define your usage metrics. I find a useful measure is the number of activities created. You can create a dashboard that shows a bar graph of the number of activities by user or businessunit over the last 7 days. This could equally work for ant other record type.
