Hello Shwangao,
For this one I think that the best idea is create a ticket with Microsoft since seems to be that the issue is happening in multiple areas of the product.
You can try below steps :
1. Clear browser Cache and try again
2. Try different browser
3. Check network connectivity setting
4. If all failed then you can reach out to Microsoft Support.
Hello goloknath Mishra, I tried the above methods, they are all invalid. but I have a new discovery. When I visit the site on the CRM application server, no matter how I operate, I will not have this error. Do you have any other ideas?
Hi Shawngao,
Thank you for more information.
I believe you have on-premise deployment if you have on-premise setup then you can check below options :
1. Could be due to Firewall Port.
2. Could be due to SSL Certificate.
3. Can try with host entry in etc folder local system
4. if still can't you can approach Microsoft Support.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Goloknath
