System Message 12360

Hello!

We're using Dynamics SL 2011 and encounter some weird issue. When we try to delete a document from a batch, we get System Message 12360 with following text:

“Deleting the AP Document will also delete any associated entries in Landed Cost Allocation Entry (61.020.00). Do you want to continue with deletion?”

If we press Yes, program hangs and we have to kill the process. When we open Dynamics again and check the batch, documents is not removed.

We have no problem deleting whole batch.

Looks to me system refers to maybe AR or other modules, but we only use AP, GL and Cash Management.

Any ideas? Thank you.

    Hello Igor, there's a SQL script that can be run to resolve this problem. Your SL partner should be able to provide it to you, but if not, please let me know and I'd be happy to send it. I don't feel comfortable posting it here.
