Sending off Emails from the Invoice Entry Screen.

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to figure out something and just need some confirmations.

I'm trying to send emails for invoices to my clients using the Invoice Entry form (not the Receivables Entry).

When I enter the item through Receivables Entry I am able to email them but not from here.

So my question is , is it possible to send from this screen?

    Hi

    I am running 2015 and the option to email from Invoice Entry is not one of the setup options against the Customer.  So I would suggest that that means it is not available.

    Not sure if this is an old installation or new, but I would use Sales Order Processing invoices instead.  That you can definitely email from.

    Hi Richard,

    Very few companies use the Invoicing module, as Sales Order Processing has everything Invoicing has and more, so my understanding is that no new development effort will be put into Invoicing and newer features, like emailing, will not be available for it.

    I would second Heather's suggestion to use Sales Order Processing instead, if possible.
