Retail price groups not working

Hi,

I have setup the retail module with discounts (retail - common - pricing and discounts - discounts. 

I have added a price group to this discount and attached this price group to customer A. I also added Affiliations to the price group and to the customer A.

I did not attache the price group and affliations to customer B.

When I'm in our MPOS the system is giving to discount to customer B as well although he does not have the price group linked in any way. It looks like the MPOS is not looking at the price groups attached to the discount.

When I disable the discounts for testing purposes no one is getting a discount, and when I enable it everybody is getting the discount. so it's not that the info is not going to the MPOS.

Anybody an idea?

When we did the same setup on another environment but for a POS it was working!

    Did you have any luck resolving this. I am having a similar issue re Call centres. I have retail price groups setup for 2 customers with different prices for an item but the price on the sales order is defaulting to the first retail price agreement I post.

    When I change the price group on the header the correct prices pull through??

    As per what I have understood from your question is you are trying to configure Customer based discount. Follow the link for help

    As in your case, the discount is getting applied to all customer, then it might be because the price group is attached to the Retail store, try to remove it and then it might work.
