My client is having problem trying to access report area to view reports using IE11. On Firefox they can view it but not IE11. and they are required to use IE11 as their default browser

Anyone who can help urgently please.

Not working. I'm using IE11 myself and I can access any area in the crm system so I don't know maybe something installed in their machines might be the reason or what.

Could your customer enable the compatibility mode for CRM in IE?
