Marketable Contact Exceeded Limit

My marketable contact has exceeded limit.. what can i do to resolve this issue? 
 
Is duplicated emails and contact suppressed considered as marketable contacts?

    Hi,
     
    In the Customer Insights-Journeys, People Interacted equivalent to the previous "marketable contact" unit in Dynamics 365 Marketing
     
    People Interacted is equivalent to Marketing Contacts in the quota limits.
    The Monthly Interaction Quota in the Quota Limit is 10 times the number of Marketing Contacts.
    Repeat emails are interactions generated by marketing contacts (Marketable Contacts), which count toward the monthly interaction quota in the quota limits.
    For suppressed contacts, if they have not engaged in interactions in the last 12 months, they are not considered marketing contacts (Marketable Contacts).
    You can always upgrade your subscription if you need a higher quota.
