"ITaxDocumentLine not initialized" when posting retail statement

Dear Experts,

In AX 2012 r2 environment I have applied India GST patch. Now while trying to post a retail transaction statement I am getting following error : 

ITaxDocumentLine object not initialized.

    Generally this occurs due to incorrect tax calculation . On Tax document form there is Recalculate button, just press that and see if it changes anything.

    If it does not resolves your issue, its better to debug the code. There is a high chance that you'll find an issue with method named as 'salesPurchJournalTable' under a AOT Map 'SalesPurchJournalLine_IN'.

    If that is the case, there might be a chance that some table buffer is missing under getbuffer method. 

    Simple solution then would be to add a buffer of the table in this method. Another simple way to find out missing buffer would be to check all mapping tables in Map and compare it with available implemented return objects under getbuffer method.

    Hi Mallika,

    Did you find any solution regarding this as we are also facing the same issue after GST upgrade to AX 2012 R3.

    Hello Mallika Roy, Did you get solution for this issue.? same issue is occurred after GST Patch. I am using AX 2012 R3 CU12. with GA 1 Patch.
