I have subscribed the dynamics crm with 18 dollar per month plan. but in the crm, it is still displaying the trial version. Please let me know what do i need more for dynamics crm

I have the same question (0)First try to check if you added the subscription to your user account.
In your office portal, go to users -> Active Users, select the user account that you want to add license to.
On the right hand side, under product licenses, click on Edit.
Make sure the user account has the subscription/license that you bought Active.
If this doesn't work, contact Microsoft Subscriptions (Office 365 Support).
Go to your office online login, and click on support. Open a support case, and type subscription or billing in the text box.
Select one of the predefined options or click on Contact us, and there is an option to have MS call you.
BTW, I don't know any Dynamics CRM Subscription that is $18 month, but that might be a regional thing.
