GST Patch Installation - Ax 2009 SP1

I updated GST patch AX 2009 SP1 KB4019353 , Kernel part is installed without errors but Application part while installing at one stage thrown installation error , if i clicked debug the application, Ax client got Hanged later 15 mins setup showing application files installed successfully

after installation i given for X++ compilation , Getting 43 errors related to taxwithholdcalculation_IN class,salesformletter _Packingslip class and in some reports.

please help me through this

Hello Nasir

First you install Developer / Partner licenses ( The licenses for X++ Source Code) in Administration -> Setup -> Licenses Information

Then install the GA Patch ( First Install Kernal & then application).

Run the Upgrade checklist.

While installing Kernel there were no errors but when installing Application Ax client is getting crash , later if i clicked debug program system will get hanged for 20mins, later ax installation setup pops up with message Application files installed successfully .

is my patch installed correctly ?

You can verify the application version and also you must be getting the upgrade checklist if update is installed successfully.

Hi All,

Any one successfully Upgraded GST Patch for Ax 2009-SP1?

First Patch is KB4019353 , later Microsoft released Second Hotfix Package KB4033207-SP1 Contains fixes for 1st Patch.

After installing 2 Patches Still I am getting Compilation Errors around 930 during X++ and Full CIL Compilation.

But 2 Hotfixes (1st - kernel and App & 2nd Hotfix) are installed successfully .

Please can anybody help me out through this ?
