A dashboard chart to show billed revenue against the YTD Lead Conversion Time. How to achieve this? Need help.

Could you please specify the conversion event for the lead in the above scenario? Is the conversion event closing of an opportunity created from the lead or something else? Also, since you specified billed revenue, I assume you're using both the D365 Marketing and Sales products to track the entire lead and opportunity lifecycle?
