2013 YE Payroll Update - CANADA - Issues with Quebec?

Hello,

Is anyone experiencing issues with Quebec employees after installing the 2013 YE update to Canadian Payroll?

It seems that the income being used to calculate tax for Quebec employees is being pulled from the 'Payroll Employee Tax Credits - Canada' window and not the 'Payroll Quebec Tax - Canada' window.
