Wrong Receipt Email (Other customer Email address) in Retail Transaction Table

Hi,

I am having issue with 'ReceiptEmail' in Retail Transaction Table. Email address of the customer is wrong for few transactions. After making a transaction in POS, email address is wrong in RetailTransactionTable(both AX database and retail database) 

1) 'ReceiptEmail' field in RetailTransaction table has wrong email address(other customer email address) for few transactions? This happens only for few transactions, not all transactions.
2) Even though receipt option is setup as 'POS' in both Accounts Receivable >Customers > Retail Tab>Receipt Option and Retail>Setup >Retail Parameters >Posting> Email Receipt, all customers are receiving email receipts?
