Customer is using mscrm 2011 , and there are some issue with application due to this we rebuild the solution directly in mscrm 2016. But we are facing issue in data migration from mscrm 2011 to mscrm 2016.

Let me know , can we migrate data, direct from mscrm 2011 to mscrm 2016 with help of sql data tool -SSIS and kingswaysoft tool.

or any other options/tool can we use regarding the same or not. Customer dont want any paid tool due to this we have limited options.

Kindly help me regarding the same.

Yes. You can use the either of the tool KingswaySoft SSIS or Scribe to migrate data from CRM 2011 to CRM 2016.

Also, you could download the KingswaySoft SSIS Toolkit for the Dynamics CRM from the link above and you don’t need to pay for this as the migration is going to be one-time process.
