Hello Community,

We just implemented the SharePoint out of the box integration in Dynamics. Was wondering is it possible to easily replicate the security role in dynamics to SharePoint? Because now all BU see all their documents. What's the best way to fix a Business unit access level in SharePoint?

Hi Denzo19913,

You will need to purchase or develop a solution to sync the Dynamics 365 CRM security model with SharePoint. Inogic's SharePoint Security Sync solution is one of the better options.

With SharePoint Security Sync integration by Inogic, you can easily replicate the security roles from your Dynamic 365 CRM to SharePoint. This integration solution automatically syncs security privileges in SharePoint when there are changes made to the user privileges in Dynamics 365 CRM.
