    Hi Tham,

Can you explain the scenario with some more details? I'm not able to understand your question directly.

    Hi André,

    Ex:

    I set up: Site 1 have WH 1, 2, 3, 4

    Site 2 have WH 5, 6,7

Item A: stock in WH 1, 2 and WH 5

I create Sales Order sell Item A. I want to AX also display WH 1, 2, and WH 5 when I choose inventory dimension.

    Please help me. Thanks

    Hi Tham,

Do you want to limit the number of warehouses during choosing the inventory dimension to only those warehouses where you have stock or are you looking for additional information which warehouse has what on hand quantity? When you talk about "choose inventory dimension", what exact step are you referring to? A lookup of the warehouse on the order line?

    Hi Tham,

While adding the line, when you select warehouse, the drop down by default has selection of "Warehouse" and will show all warehouses, however you can switch the drop down to "Warehouse" and it will only show you warehouses that has inventory. Hopefully this will suffice your scenario and always allow user to select warehouse where stock is available.

*drop down to "On-Hand"  instead of warehouse.
