Hi All.
We have a number of commerce layer orders that are sitting in in-progress but they have despatched by Asendia. Can you please look into why these statuses have not updated? The list of orders are attached below.
Also on the attached list highlighed in orange are a number of orders that are showing as in-progress but they are showing a 0 quantity to ship.
To give an overall update - we have two issues:
- Orders are stuck because the shipment lines error stating that the SKU cannot be found. The SKU is there and this is a new issue we don’t understand why this happens. As requested by support team we deleted the errored shipment lines and then re-ran the shipment interface to see if these orders updated to fulfilled. They did not.
- Orders are stuck because the quantity to ship states 0 even though there is actual stock to ship.
With all of these stuck orders I can override the issue by manually updating the status to fulfilled and pushing them through, which I have to do at the beginning of each month for our financial reporting/VAT reporting.
