How to use email functionality with GP client installed on terminal server

Hi

I have a scenario where all users recently has been moved from using local GP client to using one client on a terminal server. since then an error message pops up where the form contains an email functionality

the error read : MAPI is not enables on this workstation................

Is the email functionality in GP rely on outlook client. if so how this will work with multiple users accessing the same terminal server?

Many thanks,

    Hi Alaa,

I think you have 64bit office for GP 2010 you need 32 bit office.  Please click here to see the post about the same.

You will have to have each user create an Outlook profile on the Terminal Server.  The Outlook profile will be stored in their Terminal Services profile.  When a user is logged into the terminal server, activate Task Manager.  Create a new task - Outlook.exe to start Outlook, allow it to create the profile and then exit.
