Error with Reversing Journal Entry

We start getting the following errors when trying to do reversing journal entry... and for some odd reasons, these errors only happen when we use GP from RDS server.  If we logon the SQL server and run GP from there, everything seems to work just fine.  Please advise.

    I would start by having everyone exit GP and then clear the DEX_LOCK and DEX_SESSION tables. Run these scripts in SSMS.

    DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK

    DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION
