How to switch from One form to another form for entity based on same entity attribute value change.

I have entity where two forms are designed for same let;'s say form A & form B . I want form A to be displayed by default & there is optionset attribute for the form , when we select particular option form A should be switched to form B.

How can I do this can ?

You can use multiple form even though seems like too overkill

Then use this method:

But if possible you just play with the show hide tab.
