Hi all

we user Eone SmartConnect to import purchase invoices / Credit notes..

we have 2 VAT Bus Posting group setup 20% and 0%

But some of out invoices have less than 20% VAT amount so I have increased VAT adjustment tolerance. however I'm struggling to map the VAT Amount field to the integration as I don't know which services to use?

This is more complicated than you might think. You can check out the standard code for modifying VAT Amount and then refer to the standard method to add it to the OnValidate trigger of your field.
