D365 for Marketing AI Documentation

Happy Wednesday Marketing guys,

Recently, I have been looking at the AI Preview features included in D365 for Marketing (smart scheduling, segment boost, spam score) . It's pretty cool!

From what I can see, the documentation on how to enable and use these is great. However, I am struggling to find much technical stuff on how they actually work behind the scenes. Is there any documentation giving a bit more information on the AI algorithms used, how they work, criteria they use, etc..

I'm not sure how much technical information we are able to share. But if you email me at d365mktcomm@microsoft.com with specific questions you have about the features, I can follow-up internally to see what can be provided. I'm assuming that you already found the preview documentation below?
