New workflow designer

Hello community,
 
I had in mind that Microsoft was going to replace at some point the current workflow designer by something else, for me it was a separate tool but not Power Automate, but I can't tell for sure.
My memories are vague so I cannot tell much more, but does this ring a bell to anyone, by any chance ?

    The same old workflow designer is still in place.  I haven't heard anything about a replacement.

    Hi,
     
    In addition to the reply from Frank, the only new feature is the ability to use Power Automate approval flow for approvals. There are no plans to replace the current external, downloadable application as I'm aware of.
