Schedule Board - Why showing Over-allocated?

Hi Experts,

I am working with assigning tasks to a resource.  I can't figure out why it shows availability as negative for the resource on the schedule board.  I must be missing something somewhere...

1.  The resource has calendar set to them with 8 hours per day

2.  July 4th is setup as holiday so it should be gray

The Jennifer Eaton resource is showing as negative hours available which I can not figure out why when she is only assigned a few tasks that should not consume her hours available.  Each of these tasks are setup as manually scheduled where they evenly distribute across the time window.

Please help as this makes no sense in my brain ;)

Version 2.4.  Also the interesting thing is I watched the video reviewing booking resources by Antti here:

    community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-365-project-service-automation-video-blog-covering-resource-bookings-in-psa

and at 7:45 in the video he books himself on tasks and it does the same thing that I can see.  It goes to 0 when he was only assigning about 5 to 5.7 hours of work per day to himself.

I am completely missing this somewhere...  Is there a setting for resource allocation load that I am missing?

Just a piece of advise is use Schedule Board instead of Scheduling Assistant.

This is a much clearer view.

I think it is a bug that gets fixed in the last version of Unified Resource Scheduling released yesterday (20.02.19).

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../release-notes-for-universal-resource-scheduling-february-2019

Release Notes describe a bug fix: Fixed: Overbooked requirements no longer show a negative duration in booking panel when in schedule assistant.

    I hope it helps.

    Matthew
