Get BI data by scheduling / job to CRM 2013

Hi

There is need to integrate BI few of fields with CRM 2013 online. Customer is asking to update data in MS CRM from BI  once a day (or nightly). Also, If user wants to update data from BI, user can do at anytime.

I would like to know the approach.

Will use SSIS or SCRIBE or scheduling or Job? How to achieve this solution
