Run Application Error 29 with Word Template GP 2010

I am tying to create a new Word Template for the SOP Blank Invoice Form. When I get to the point of trying to import the template I get this application error message and can get no further. This is GP 2010(11.00.2248)

I think I have found the issue. This client was trying to use a custom font. I set up a W7 workstation exactly the same way and had the exact same problem. When I switched to a standard font I no longer received the error 29 message. I believe the error 29 was a red herring. The real error was it could not find the font. Hopefully this will help someone save some time in the future.
