GP 2013 Home Page Not Rendered Properly

Has anyone found a definitive  reason why the Home Page on a T/S will not render the xml code properly? I just ran into another one and what fixed it on our server did not fix it on thiers. Can anyone from Microsoft chime in on this? Instead of getting the page displayed as a sweb page you actually see the raw xml code.

    Hi Richard,

    Typically this is either Windows permissions or some type of redirection on the users temp directory. When a user logs into GP we create a homepage.xml file in the users temp folder. You could use a Process Monitor and reproduce the error then see if there are any Access Denied or Sharing Violation errors.
