Hi Everyone, 

I am getting the following error when trying to pay via loyalty card on my POS System.

"The loyalty card number wasn't found. Either activate the loyalty card number or enter a different card number and then try again"

Please help

    Could you please check on the MPOS event viewer log and provide more error details to us?

    Go to Payment Methods of the specific store and then select loyalty card payment method and then in the action pane click card numbers and then complete the setup their and then sync jobs and try again. The card number should be of same length as you have given in the card number setup. I hope this will resolve your issue.
