We have customers that are on contracts with us to where they do not get any refunds on returns we receive back. Is there a way to set up individual customers in Dynamics365 to where we do not allow returns to be setup?
There is no option out of the box to restrict returns by customers on POS. You will have to build an extension to bring in this validation.
