Facing issue to update user details in Mobile Power App.

Hello Expert Team,

I am facing an issue updating user details in the Mobile Power App.

I have logged into the Power app on both mobile and web platforms with the same user, and this user has the System Administrator security role.

I am able to update the details of logged-in user on the web platform, but I am not able to update the details of the same logged-in user on the mobile platform. Please have a look at the below screenshots.

On Web:

Please guide me how over come this problem.

Hi Partner,

You can't edit user in the mobile app, which is by-design.

The following table lists entities that are visible but not editable:

--Read-only property of user entity is not modifiable in the mobile app.

Hi Partner,

This configuration can only make use see 'User' in the mobile app, but we can't edit it.

This is by-design, we can't change it.

As the list in my previous reply shows, those entities including 'User' are subject to this restriction (visible but not editable).

For product designability, you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.
Ideas (dynamics.com)
Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
