Hi All,

I have two AOS installed in the same server. I have two client links on server's desktop wich I can open without problem.

but when I try to do the same in a client computer it does not work. Opens only the second AOS but not the first (original) one.

The error I receive is this pastedimage1600668903142v1.png

and the event log is not giving me clear explanation.

I dont understand why is not worker from a different computer

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the client with the same version number as it is on the AOS server?

Already tried. The Working configuration is working in the client computer. the not working one happens the same not working.

the funny thing is that the normal Ax32.exe shortcut is not working for either both :/

Ok. I asked as you had an AOS with Contoso data. That would have had the site configured.

Can you try exporting the working configuration from the AOS server and try with that configuration on the client?

    Hi Nestor,

For the AOS instance, you are unable to connect to, can you check if Enterprise portal site is entered in the System admin > Setup > Enterprise portal > Website?

In case it is setup and you are not using EP, can you delete the record and try logging in again?

    Hi Nestor,

Can you open AX 2012 client config and do a refresh configuration for the client config (for the AOS you cannot connect to) and try again?

I gues the .AUC is from the client's computer, Already tried deleting . I havent done it on server, dont want to mess it up :D

AOS 1 & 2 : kernel 6.3.6000.151 for everything. I have used the same setup to install everything.

just to remember differents databases i have and I change them from each AOS once in a while.

I have tried with both. the normal shortcut with link added to the shared client configuration and also opening directly from the .axc configuration file. Both cases shows the same error.

The first thing to try is to clear all the .AUC files: community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-delete-auc-files

Are both AOS / AX instances having the same kernel and application version? And the client has the same kernel version, too?

Are you using a configuraion file (.axc) to open the client in all cases? If not, please do - perhaps the configuration in your client PC's registry is not up to date or has some issue.
