Hi experts!
I am having a strange issue with USD. Randomly, when a tab containing an activity (email, task, phonecall or appointment) is closed by the user, a new tab is opened automatically with a record previously closed and sometimes even from another session.
We have action calls to ClearDataParameter for all the Hosted Control’s “Closing” event, so we delete record information from the USD, and have Windows Navigation Rules for every possible combination but the issue is still happening.
Could you lead us to a possible reason for this strange behavior?
Kind regards and thank you in advance!

BTW, is it the same tab(hosted control) all the times or random tabs?
Have you checked your Debugger window, are you seeing any action calls/navigation rules firing? Do you have any custom hosted control that opens/fires events/actions in USD ?
Hi there. I have previously observed that when InternetExplorerPooling is enabled, pages are sometimes navigating to records that were previously closed. If this is the case, try disabling it and see what it does for you. See also blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../unified-service-desk-3-2-0 and neilparkhurst.com/.../usd-internetexplorerpooling
However, this does not explain why a record is opened automatically upon closing. I will need some more info on the action calls that you have in the 'Closing' event in order to say anything useful about his.
