Hi,
Is there a way to manage a Portal Comment description text using Rich Text editor?
I'm able to set the description field with a Rich Text Editor in "New Portal Comment" form:
but the text created using Rich Text Editor is not visible with same format in Timeline:

Check if the ReachText for TimeLine settings is enabled in System Settings - dynamics-chronicles.com/.../dynamics-365-how-enable-rich-text-notes-timeline
Yes the RichText for timeline is enabled, but unfortunately this check works only for notes and not for Portal Comments

Login into power apps and change the format as suggested in the link. I Hope it helps.
I can create a new Multi line text field as "Rich Text" (Eg. Description_RT) on Portal Comment table, but how can I change the field (from "Description" to "Description_RT") in Case timeline?
Moreover, I have no way to change the form "Add Comment" in the Portal, so I can't change the description field within:
