Print destination 'Screen' not available in some legal entities

Hi,

The option for print destination 'Screen' is visible only in a few legal entities.
How to make it available for all the legal entities, what is the setup/ config for this?

Hi Abhinay,

The print destinations are not part of any setup. Can you share a screenshot of the missing destination option?

Hi Abhinay,

Questions:
1. Did you upgrade your system to a version below 10.0.29?

There is a known bug fix in version 10.0.29 where the Print management destination is sorted as expected (Details for issue 671721 (dynamics.com).

2. Is there any custom code that is written to extend the SRSPrintDestinationSettings class that's broken?

As Andre mentioned, this screen is generated runtime and has no setup/configuration required? Its a screen that's available by default across all legal entities.

Hi,

Did you check print destination on legal entity? it is legal entity setup you should do it for each legal entity.

Hi,

Thank you for your replies! I couldn't reply earlier as the forums page kept loading for longer times.

The version is 10.0.38

I could not login from my work machine so I cannot provide a screenshot.

The print destination in the legal entities form is set to Screen.

There are no extensions on the class SRSPrintDestinationSettings.
